Order

Definition of contract

The scope of the order, such as exterior or interior scenes, details, relevant materials and perspectives, various light conditions, dusk and night scenes, etc. must be set in advance.  Similarly, the type of use.  The clear definition of the contract is the basis for cost estimation.

Execution of the contract

to distinguish between three phases:

• pre-production
• production
• post-production

The pre-production includes: discussion of the order, inspection, scheduling, and preparation on location.  Careful planning by the client and good communication between the client, photographer and owner/users of the building to ensure maximum productivity on site.

The main issues are:

• If the object is really ready or in a state which allows a meaningful photography?

• Is access to the building, inside or outside, possible over the entire duration of the recordings and all parties (owners, tenants, security services, maintenance and cleaning staff, etc.) to the rate and extent of the photos on about

• Is a special permit required for photography?

• Does the entire lighting system?

• Is access to lighting control and dimming control, or sun protection possible?

• If renovation work, inside or out, planned?

The production includes the actual shooting, including the arrival and departure times.

The post-production

In the construction and finishing of each image to be retouched, high contrast dust under standard lighting conditions on calibrated monitors, and color corrected.  Depending on the situation retouching or image compositions are made.  Finally, the photos are stored in a defined RGB color space and recorded for preservation.  For accurate color representation, it is recommended by the photographer to view completed photographs in the Safari browser.

The resulting photos will be published on our website www.lukerphotography.smugmug.com.   Potential users are given the opportunity to learn about new additions to order simply desired images.  These additional PR services we see as important support and service for our clients.

Fee

The labor fee will be determined primarily by the total time needed to carry out an assignment, the expense is calculated in hours or in the daily rate, per diam rates can be agreed. Expenses such as travel expenses, hotel, rental of additional equipment and similar expenses will be charged seperatly.

Terms of Use

Copyright and License

Every photo is from the time of its creation protected by copyright.  The possession of a photograph does not justify its use and disclosure.  The nature, extent and duration of use is always with the author, in this case the photographer to clarify.

Photographs are for clients use only and third parties are prohibited from using photographs without the approval of the photographer.

Payment

Payment will be required in full on arrival of images.  A 30-50% deposit may be asked if estimate exceeds $1500.00.  Payment may be made via PayPal or check addressed to Luker Photography.  If payment is not received upon delivery of images a late fee will be added to your total.
